Transactional terms and conditions
IBV Gold DMCC requires proof of payment no later than the date of order. If proof of payment is not received on the date of order, the order will automatically be cancelled.
IBV Gold DMCC requires a valid copy of ID/Passport and Proof of Residence, not older than 3 months from the client for proper onboarding processes.
Should a client wish to collect their goods from our nearest branch, they are required to bring their original ID for verification purposes so that the client is granted access into the facility and that the goods can be handed over to the client.
Goods are only handed over/dispatched once the clients funds have reflected in our bank account, the necessary documents have been received, the order is fully processed, and the stock is available for handover.
IBV Gold DMCC is subject to anti money laundering laws and regulations and performs diligent onboarding processes
IBV Gold DMCC will not accept any third party payments. When placing an order in your personal capacity, payment will need to be from your personal bank account. NO THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO STRINGENT AML LAWS. If a third party payment is made, IBV Gold DMCC will refund the funds and the client will be liable for an administration fee which will be deducted before the refund is made.
IBV Gold DMCC does accept payments from business accounts, however, company documents are required.
Lead time- Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should the product not be in stock please allow a longer delivery time. Deliveries are time sensitive and subject to customs clearance, payment, shipping, storage and checks.
IBV Gold DMCC has a strict No Return policy.
